This workshop focuses on the early stages of evaluation, equipping you with the tools to design effective programs and monitor their implementation. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the skills to identify program needs, develop robust logic models, and assess process fidelity to ensure successful execution.

This workshop covers foundational evaluation concepts, needs and context assessments, and program theory and process evaluations. You’ll learn how to define problems, engage interest holders, and monitor program delivery to make informed decisions and ensure accountability. As you learn, you’ll have concentrated opportunities to apply your leaning to a real-world example.

• Foundations of Evaluation: Gain a clear understanding of evaluation purposes, approaches, and their role throughout the program lifecycle.

• Needs and Context Assessments: Learn methods for assessing the magnitude and nature of a problem, ensuring your program is aligned with community priorities.
